Vertical Tubeless Firetube Boilers

These high quality systems are ideal for small space installations where volume, simplicity and reliability are critical. All units are test-fired at the factory before shipping, ensuring top performance upon installation.

The stack outlet is housed in steel enclosures, eliminating the need for a stack elbow during installation. Four 3" x 4" handholes in the boiler allow for proper clean-out in all installations. Other key features include:

MODEL "A" BOILER FEED SYSTEM

(Separate—Simplex or Duplex)

Heavy steel tank (3/16" minimum thickness) on stand with properly sized pump. Piping includes shut off valve  & strainer. Feed system includes float assembly, thermometer, waterglass set and drain valve.

MODEL "B" FEED SYSTEM

This system can be supplied as an integral part of the boiler. The heavy steel tank with stand and properly sized pump are welded to the boiler, providing one complete package. The "B" system is also completely piped to boiler control box and the pump is piped with suction and discharge.  Two check valves "T" opening for your chemical and shut off valve.
